What Should Graduates Know?
MTA members and community allies are meeting throughout the state, in sessions organized in part by retired members, to help guide the state's response to the end of using MCAS as a high school graduation requirement. The issue of how to follow up on Question 2 is complex, and deserves input from educators, students and community members. Read more in our cover story in the June edition about how to get involved.
This edition also has an important update on the outcome of the 2025 Annual Meeting, an application form for the Honor Our Own Awards and an update on the COLA for retiree pensions.
