Superior Court order
Per the Superior Court order issued on Oct. 18, 2022, the MTA is required to publicly state the following facts: that the current strike, and any other work stoppage, slowdown, or other withholding of services, is illegal under M.G.L. Chapter 150E, Section 9A. The strike has ceased, and the MTA urges HEA's members to immediately return to work, where they have always wanted to be, joyfully.
