M.G.L. Chapter 150E provision
Per the Superior Court order issued on Oct. 18, 2022, the MTA is required to publicly state the following facts: that the current strike, and any other work stoppage, slowdown, or other withholding of services, is illegal under M.G.L. Chapter 150E, Section 9A.
