Sign the petition demanding safe working conditions
Members of the Professional Staff Union, Classified Staff Union, Graduate Employee Organization and other unions on the UMass Boston campus need your immediate assistance.
The university is requiring “essential” employees to come to campus for the rest of the semester. The definition of “essential” has been left up to supervisors, and in some areas it is being defined very broadly.
Our union members are demanding more reasonable staffing levels to help workers stay safe as the coronavirus crisis unfolds.
