ReturnSafe App

Please follow these simple steps to install and use the ReturnSafe app:

Step 1:

• Android users: Install the app from the Google Play Store. Proceed to step 2 below.
• iPhone users: Install the app from the Apple App Store. Proceed to step 2 below.

Web (Mobile or Desktop/Laptop): https://desktop.returnsafe.com

Step 2 :

• Open the app
• For those who have used the ReturnSafe app at other NEA events, select “Not your company?” on your screen
• Click Find My ReturnSafe Space
• Enter neaevents in the Workspace code box and continue
• Click Sign In
• Enter your first and last name, and contact information
• Enter your verification code and verify
• Check In

Step 3:

• Answer questions
• Enter your Covid vaccination information and upload a picture of your vaccination card
• Answer a few more questions about a recent PCR or Antigen test
• Upload a picture of a PCR taken within the past 24 hours or Antigen result taken the same day.
• Receive your Cleared for Entry green screen and you’re all done.

Just show that green screen at the daily check-in prior to entering the RA.
