NEA offers free SPED guide

A new publication from NEA Education Policy and Practice Department: Truth in Labeling: Disproportionality in Special Education.

This guide is a collaborative effort of the NEA and the National Association of School Psychologists. It provides educators with basic information and helpful research references and resources.
