The 2017 MTA Annual Meeting of Delegates will be held at the Hynes Convention Center in Boston on Friday and Saturday, May 19 and 20. This is your opportunity to debate issues and shape the direction of the MTA. Delegates to the Annual Meeting have important responsibilities as participants in the democratic process.

All printed materials for MTA Annual Meeting delegates will be available on our website. Since the wireless internet at the Hynes Convention Center may be weak, be sure to download information before you get to Annual Meeting. We look forward to seeing you there.

In order to be prepared to perform their duties, delegates have a responsibility to attend a preconvention meeting. 2017 preconvention dates will be on held on: April 24 (Northeast Region); April 25 (Central Region); May 2 (Southeast Region); May 3 (Western Region); and May 4 (Cape Cod & Islands Region).
Your hotel arrangements are NOT automatic. Please do NOT contact the hotel directly. Please make hotel arrangements as soon as possible. Space is limited.
NOTE: MTA does not have any guest rooms at the Sheraton. Most MTA delegates will have rooms at the Boston Marriott Copley Place (guest rooms renovated in 2012). Covered walkways and sky bridges provide easy access from the Marriott Copley Place to the Hynes Convention Center.
