Regional forums give MTA members an opportunity to discuss 2016 elections

One year out from the 2016 elections, come talk about the issues, the candidates, and how MTA members can use our collective power to push for our priorities and hold elected officials accountable.

The MTA is holding regional forums for members to discuss critical issues as we enter the 2016 election year. Not only is it a presidential election year, but we have an ambitious legislative agenda that we want to advance and hold our state representatives and senators accountable to.

Please join us for conversation about:

  • Which issues, statewide and nationally, are most important to you?
  • How would you like to see MTA relate to state and national elections?
  • How can we best use our collective power to influence the elections and the legislative process?
  • By what means should we hold elected officials accountable?
