Family Involvement

Getting students engaged in learning opportunities and keeping their curiosity going — even when they are not in school — are challenges for busy families. But together, educators and family members form the bedrock of learning. These pages will point you to tips and ideas for helping your child maintain good study habits and stay motivated. Families will also find ways to get and stay involved in their children’s schools through NEA parent resources. Ideas for family involvement that also benefit the community, such as the Walk for Hunger and the Greater Boston Food Bank, are also included.
