Bylaws and Rules Committee

This committee receives and processes proposed amendments to the MTA Bylaws and Standing Rules.

The Committee on Bylaws and Rules receives and processes proposed amendments to the MTA Bylaws and Standing Rules. The committee makes a report at the March meeting of the Board and subsequently presents proposed changes to the Annual Meeting of Delegates.
