MTA ANNUAL MEETING OF DELEGATES

Each year, hundreds of MTA members representing local associations across the state serve as delegates to the Annual Meeting, the MTA's highest decision-making body. The 2025 Annual Meeting of Delegates is scheduled on Friday, May 2, and Saturday, May 3, at the MassMutual Center in Springfield.

Child Care Stipend

To support Annual Meeting delegates, the MTA is offering an opportunity to apply for reimbursements (up to $100 per family) to help subsidize child care costs. The deadline to be considered for child care reimbursement is April 18.

Health and Safety Guidelines

There is a virtual option for delegates concerned about in-person gatherings. The virtual option enables delegate participation in deliberation and all voting.

Security Information

For the protection of all guests visiting the MassMutual Center, security will provide metal detector screenings prior to entering any event space.

MassMutual Center recognizes that some guests may have medical needs that prevent them from passing through metal detectors. Security will conduct an alternative screening process to be respectful of those needs.
