Governor Patrick: "If we want growth, we need investment."

Governor Deval Patrick testified before the Joint Committee on Ways and Means in support of his plan to raise revenues to invest in public education, transporation and other crucial public services at a budget hearing held on Friday, March 8. At the State House hearing, Patrick told committee members: "If we want growth, we need investment."
