Training and Professional Learning

The MTA's Division of Training and Professional Learning was established in furtherance of MTA’s Strategic Action Plan to collaboratively plan and coordinate the delivery of high quality training and professional learning programs for MTA leaders, members and staff.

  • Training and Professional Learning identifies and executes logistics for all MTA meetings, trainings and conferences with an eye to maximum impact and value.
  • TPL identifies opportunities for funding of MTA training programs through public and private sources, writes and applies for grants, and implements grant-funded programs.
